Does Cloak know which apps I hide?

No. Only Screen Time knows your selections and Apple does not share them with developers.

Do I need to grant Always Allow location?

Only if you want trusted locations. You can keep "While Using" enabled and pause manually whenever you like.

Can I use Cloak on multiple devices?

Yes. Screen Time and iCloud sync your configuration, so signing in with the same Apple ID is enough.

Is Cloak a security app?

Cloak adds a privacy layer on top of Screen Time. It does not replace your device passcode or Face ID.
